Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Only items purchased directly from camelbak.com.au within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for return. To qualify, items must be in restockable condition, including:

  • Original tags and stickers
  • Original packaging and documentation
  • Brand new unused condition

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund following our return policy, then place a new order for the desired item. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us.

Returns & Exchanges

Only items purchased from camelbak.com.au within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation, unused). When making a return for items purchased on camelbak.com.au, the item will need to be sent back to us at your own expense.

For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.

Please allow 2 business days (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm) for processing from the time we receive the item(s).

There are no restocking fees.

All online orders can be returned for a refund only. If you wish to exchange a product you may apply for a refund and simply do a new order for the product you wish to purchase.

For returns, credit will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.
