CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:

The countdown to the holidays is on! Beat the festive rush and order by Wednesday, 18 December 2024 to give your gear the best chance to arrive in time for Christmas.

The date provided above is for deliveries to Metro locations. If you’re located outside a Metro area, we recommend ordering even earlier. Please note that unexpected delays due to high demand and carrier issues may occur. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid any potential delays during this busy holiday season.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY CLOSURE:

We’ll be taking a short break to enjoy the outdoors and time with loved ones over the public holidays. Our warehouse will be closed on December 25th and 26th 2024 and January 1st 2025, with orders dispatched when we reopen. This may cause some delays; we appreciate your understanding. Our team will work hard to get your order out the door as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team with any questions.

    SHIPPING:

    Free Express shipping via Australia Post within Australia for orders over $75*

    For all other orders we charge flat shipping rates of $7.99 per shipping address.

    • Packages up to 5kg are shipped via Australia Post - Parcel Post.
    • Packages over 5kg or large backpacks such as Tactical hydration are shipped via StarTrack.

    DELIVERY:

    We despatch orders from our warehouse in Perth, WA in 1-2 business days.

    Orders shipped Express to Metro areas in major capital cities are delivered in approximately 1-2 business days.

    Orders shipped Express to regions outside of Metro areas are delivered in approximately 2-4 business days, depending on location.

    Orders shipped via standard shipping will be delivered in 1-10 business days, depending on your location.

    Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by public holidays, promotional events and other factors outside of our control. CamelBak cannot be held responsible for delays to regular processing times.

    Do you ship outside Australia?

    No, we only deliver to Australian addresses.

    Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

    Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.
